Diane Sack knows how to get a GREAT BODY! Here's her story....

 It has been over a year since Liberty Gray introduced to our community a new way of exercising using something called a kettlebell. Written words can not fully express the sense of "self" one gains working out with kettlebells.....it has to be experienced.

March 2008, this body welcomed the age of 54. The "normal" signs of age are inevitable, and staying as healthy as possible is a huge priority. Having background as a Natural Health Professional, along with understanding "you need to use, or loose it", exercise has always been an important part of my life. Yoga, cross country skiing, inline skating, free weights and biking have been primary (as well as good genes) for keeping this physical body in fairly good shape over the years. But it wasn't until I meet a kettlebell that I knew my routine needed to be spiced up a bit!

And spice up a routine is what Liberty does for a half hour workout! She is very attentive to abilities of the individual student....will push them if needed, as well as offering alternative moves for beginners or those with ailments. Either way, we all get a kick butt 30 minute session of heavy breathing, sweating, grunts of excursion, plus lots of smiles and often laughs. Believe it or not, we enjoy our workouts almost as much as another activity involving the same description!

After a year of working out with Liberty, I can honestly say for the first time in my life I feel pretty good about my 54 year old body....have a sense of self confidence. I am aware of my posture....stand much straighter and taller. Physical strength is not the only benefit of working out with kettlebells, mental strength also gains a boost......my head is clearer. The only way to truly understand how a kettlebell work out with Liberty can benefit ones life is to actually experience a session. Give it a try, it feels GREAT!
