Just show up, no need to sign up....it is going to be awesome fun and for anyone who wants to play
and learn how to show off their muscles....I'll be looking for you! Learn poise/posture,
harden muscle & show off your hard earned physique whether you want to compete or not!
Bodybuilding/Figure Contest
Preparation:
3 Months
Initial Meeting/Program Analysis
Team Building & Goal Setting & Timelines
Picking Shows and dates
The VIP Diet: Metabolism 101 Presentation
Personalized Diet Design, 3 months support and 24/7 email feedback
Supplementation and Optimizing Hormone Review
Bio-Electrical Impedance and/or Caliper Body Fat Analysis (Initial x 4-6 subsequent testings)
Individualized Workout Design
Three ½ hour Personal Training Sessions (or can trade out for Posing & BB Routine Preparation)
$500 Inclusive
$250 continuation Fee for subsequent 3 months
Does not include: Catwalk Routine, Hair/Makeup, Suits, Tanning (can do for addtl fee) , etc.
Posing for Bodybuilding, Routine Preparation, etc. (these 2 can be traded out for p.t. or do for addtl fee)
**If the show is within Michigan, I will do my best to attend the event.
Otherwise, I will be available by cell phone for diet consult the day before and day of show.
