Picking Shows and dates
The VIP Diet:  Metabolism 101 Presentation
Personalized Diet Design, 3 months support and 24/7 email feedback
Supplementation and Optimizing Hormone Review
Bio-Electrical Impedance and/or Caliper Body Fat Analysis (Initial x 4-6 subsequent testings)
Individualized Workout Design

Weekly Tracking and Monthly Check ups

$500 Inclusive or

$250 continuation Fee for subsequent 3 months

Does not include: 

Catwalk Routine, Hair/Makeup, Suits, Tanning (can do for addtl fee) , etc.

Posing for Bodybuilding, Routine Preparation, etc. (addtl fee)

**If the show is within Michigan, I will do my best to attend the event. 

Otherwise, I will be available by cell phone for diet consult the day before and day of show.

The INBF has done it again!!! The INBF has added a new division to its natural competitions worldwide. Beginning with the 2007 INBF MuscleTech World Bodybuilding and Figure Championships, women competitors were invited to compete in Ms. Fit Body - and more than 20 entered the first show!

This new division is called the INBF "Ms. Fit Body." What is this new classification, you ask?
