Kettlebell Sport Fitness!

A 'kettlebell’ is a 100 year old traditional Russian form of weight training. This functional type of training is now being recognized by the Military & Law enforcement, Professional sports teams & Everyday people who want to get healthy & fit.

Kettlebell training utilizes significant core strength, which can only be developed through kettlebell training .
