A 'kettlebell’ is a 100 year old traditional Russian form of weight training. This functional type of training is now being recognized by the Military & Law enforcement, Professional sports teams & Everyday people who want to get healthy & fit.

Kettlebell training utilizes significant core strength, which can only be developed through kettlebell training . Today, the grand majority of people attempting what they think is functional training have core deficiencies that pre-dispose them to injury when exercising or even when they perform simple everyday tasks.
