Nikki Jorgensen
Certifications: IKFF Certified Kettlebell Trainer, Currently working toward a ISSA certification, CPR Certified.
Background: I never really worked out till after I had my son 6 1/2 years ago, I decided when he was 3 months old I needed to do something. I started doing easy circuit training and yoga, I found myself hungry for more. I then had sessions with a personal trainer and started doing spinning. Spinning led into running, where I was able to finally run a 5k and then in 2008 I ran my first 10k. But I hungered for more, I started ketttlebells and weight training with Liberty. Liberty has helped me change my diet to build a better toned body. I wish that everyone could feel my passion for exercise the way I do. "It just feels good to sweat".
Expertise: Kettlebells,Yoga
Motivation: "I get excited when I see people push their own limits and they are surprised at what they can do"

Motivation: My motivation in athletics, in it's simplest form has always been to condition the mind, body, & team to achieve something special. Whatever the goal is; state championship, undefeated season, maximum lift, better times, bigger muscles, I believe that if you can create a belief & commitment to the goal, very special moments will happen. I have seen it & I believe it!
Philosophy: That no matter what the task is, with a steady hand and a focused mind you will achieve your desired results. I have 2 quotes that sit on my wall by my desk and I think they show a big part of my philosophy;
"Continuous effort, not strength or intelligence, is the key to unlocking our potential" -Winston Churchill
"Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up." -Thomas Edison

Cheryl Kondziolka

Certifications/Degrees: CVKC-Certified VIP Kettlebell Coach, CPR Trained,
Associates Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting.
Background: All my life I have been active in various recreational
sports and activities such as volleyball, softball, body toning, spinning,
kickboxing, step aerobics, skiing, walking and running. Participating in these types of activities has
helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle. After starting a family, time
became more precious and I needed some form of exercise that would benefit me
in as little time as possible. That is
why I started working out with kettlebells.
It is a good 30 minute workout and as a mom, that is a bonus. I started working out with
kettlebells in February, 2008.
Kettlebell training has given me strength and stamina that I have not
experienced before. In March, 2009, I competed
in my first kettlebell competition at the Arnold Classic. I completed my personal goal and had fun
training for it. This past year, I
completed two 5K runs and was thrilled with my results. I truly believe kettlebell training improves
your ability in all sports.
Experience: Kettlebell Instructor, Kettlebell Competitor, participant.
Motivation: On a daily basis, I realize how strong I have become and
that feeling keeps me motivated to keep pushing myself above my limits and that
always amazes me. As an instructor, I
love motivating people to discover their potential and exceed their
expectations.
Philosophy: Always smile and have fun in life whether it be
at home, work or exercising. You should
always surround yourself with positive people.
Goals for 2010: Compete in kettlebell competitions and run in a 10K.
Favorite Quotes: "It’s not how much you do, but how much love you
put in the doing.”
