What in the heck is a Kettlebell you ask?

A “kettlebell” is a 100 year old traditional Russian form of weight training. This functional type of training is now being recognized by the Military & Law enforcement, Professional sports teams & Everyday people who want to get healthy and fit.

Kettlebell training utlilizes significant core strength, which can only be developed through kettlebell training. Today, the grand majority of people attempting what they think is functional training have core deficiencies that pre-dispose them to injury when exercising or even when they perform simple everyday tasks. If you do not know how to assess/restore the function of your core, kettlebell training at Liberty Kettlebells can help!

Kettlebell training is excellent for anyone because it is an extremely biomotor-rich form of exercise that improves everyday skills for "real people" and also helps althetes excel in their sports training. With guided use by one of our certified instructors, kettlebells are for people of all ages & levels of ability. They are also ideal for anyone with limited training time because you can get a fantastic workout with them in as little as 15-30 minutes.

How can I try Kettlebells?

To start, click here to sign up for one of our workshops! The workshop is a small group setting where certified instructors will work with you bio-mechanically to teach you the basic technique associated with Kettlebell training. Once you've attended the workshop, you are welcome to come into any one of our 35 weekly classes taught by one of our 13 instructors.

Classes are typically 30-40 minutes long with the exception of the Saturday morning class that lasts an hour. Each day is a different focus...

Monday: Instructor Choice
Tuesday: Upper Focus
Wednesday: Core Focus
Thursday: Lower Focus
Friday: Circuits Training
Saturday: Hour of Power

You'll find that no two classes or instructors are alike and that Kettlebell training is just as fun as it is effective.
